The Grand Gathering
$3,300
With our Grand Gathering offering, you'll get a 10-hour venue rental for your event.

+ Exclusive use of the Main Space, upstairs loft suites, outdoor courtyard, restrooms, + prep kitchen
+ Venue manager onsite for the entirety of the event

Short & Sweet
$1,800
With our Short + Sweet offering, you'll get a 5 hour venue rental for your event. If your event falls on a Friday-Sunday, it can be booked 90 days or less from the event date.

+ Venue manager onsite for the entirety of the event

Studio Rentals
Book by the hour | $150 / hr
Half-day rental (4 hours) | $500

**For larger-scale photo/video sessions of 10+ people onsite or for multi-day shoots, rates are increased by 15%We rent out the space for all kinds of photo + video shoots, including engagements, bridals, boudoir, family sessions, styled shoots, branding shoots, dance + fitness shoots and commercial shoots.
